“…a raw darkness fingering its way across a nearby horizon…”

eagle st butcher block. pvd.

i felt the big power emanating off the looming, upside down cross – to me, that entire location feels deeply unsettled. i both passionately appreciate exploring the eagle st. butcher block mills in pvd – if for its dense, ephemeral and highly detailed, always evolving tag culture ALONE – but, i also universally feel riled in many ways when i am within its borders….

this image appeared to me, one afternoon, just actually passing by …just an anonymous and small alleyway, inside the mill grounds…and like most dark things, this alley speaks in tones harbouring a low, voiceless message to anyone who happens to notice…

here is a shot of the power towers…i ALWAYS get an ominous vibe from them and i love how much actual architectural control these three black, tall beacons and overseers have over the pvd skyline…

raw power, indeed…
